About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent - Fully Remote Nightshift to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
