About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing customer engagement and retention strategies for our B2B SaaS products. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure our customers receive exceptional value from our offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies to enhance product adoption and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Create and manage customer advocacy programs to highlight success stories and case studies.
  • Lead onboarding and engagement initiatives to ensure customers are effectively utilizing our products.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to streamline marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment by mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM software and data engineering.
  • Knowledge of user experience design and wireframing.
  • Background in EdTech or HRTech.
