Customer Marketing Lead - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Lead remote to join our innovative team at Syngenta. This is an 18-month contract position designed for a dynamic individual who is passionate about agriculture and customer engagement. As a Customer Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing grower customer campaigns that align with our commercial objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the campaign planning process to develop objectives and strategies that achieve our Must Win Battles.
- Act as the key liaison between the front-line salesforce and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Understand grower needs and utilize customer segmentation to create meaningful offers that enhance loyalty and brand adoption.
- Establish and track market share and contribution objectives to measure success.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on the implementation of tactics and provide market context for branding and content development.
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc. in Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of strategic sales and/or marketing experience within the agriculture industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of marketing principles.
- Knowledge of Canadian agriculture, including agronomic and crop protection practices.
