About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Happiness Support professional to join our team in a Customer Happiness Support - Freelance Remote role. At Growing Imaginations, we believe in creating a fun and cozy environment for children through our innovative play furniture. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and happiness.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries across various platforms including social media, chat, email, and phone.
• Handle customer questions regarding products, shipping, payment, and complaints effectively.
• Process open tickets daily using our support tool, Gorgias.
• Manage order processing through the Shopify system, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Act as a liaison with logistics and warehouse service providers to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and engage with inquiries on social media and blogs.

Requirements

• Practical work experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Responsible, independent, and initiative-driven.
• Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, and similar invoicing systems.
• Fluency in German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
• Familiarity with customer feedback tools and social media engagement.
