What You'll Do

• Create static and video creatives based on clear briefs from the marketing team.
• Edit and develop variations of creatives to suit different marketing channels.
• Organize working projects according to workflow to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with resizes for various promotion channel formats, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Generate new ideas for marketing tasks and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to enhance overall project quality.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in design, preferably in a marketing context.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Able to analyze references and adapt them creatively to meet brand objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to implement ideas across various formats.
• Excellent organizational skills and a creative perspective.
• A genuine interest in collaborating with the marketing team and working with feedback.
• Ability to accept constructive criticism and improve designs accordingly.
