We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Retell AI, a pioneering company in voice AI technology. As a Content Marketing Manager remote, you will be responsible for crafting narratives that help the world discover, understand, and engage with our innovative solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do

  • Write 3–4 SEO-optimized articles per week that enhance search visibility and drive organic growth.
  • Create compelling feature announcements and product update posts, transforming raw product changes into clear narratives.
  • Refine landing page and website copy to improve clarity and conversion rates.
  • Develop social media posts and LinkedIn content that highlight product updates, customer successes, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand new developments and communicate them effectively.
  • Manage PR and media relations, including pitching stories to the press and coordinating interviews.
  • Lead the development of customer stories by interviewing clients and crafting engaging case studies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or developer-focused products.
  • Proven ability to write quickly and clearly, with a portfolio showcasing 100+ published articles.
  • A strong bias for action; you prefer producing content over planning long-term strategies.
  • Ability to learn complex topics (AI, telephony, APIs) and explain them in simple terms.
  • Bonus: Technical writing experience for developer audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance.
