Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success management or a related field, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful client engagement strategies.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and client management tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
- Proficiency in project management and administrative support.

- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Jetadmin and Wireframing.
- Knowledge of campaign development and media planning strategies.
