What You'll Do

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate clients on maximizing the value of our services.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance client success strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success management or a related field, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful client engagement strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and client management tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Proficiency in project management and administrative support.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Jetadmin and Wireframing.
  • Knowledge of campaign development and media planning strategies.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management.
