Client Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity at SAP

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at SAP. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Private Cloud Customers, focusing on S/4HANA private cloud edition and HANA Enterprise Cloud. You'll engage with customers to drive their business transformation and ensure high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements, ensuring strategic frameworks are implemented for major APAC customers.
• Oversee the entire service delivery lifecycle, from contract execution to ongoing support.
• Manage account profitability by understanding customer needs and driving revenue growth through effective cross-selling and up-selling.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance frameworks.
• Proactively manage operational security risks and maintain robust risk governance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technologies, or MBA.
• 5+ years of experience in managing SAP consulting projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis, cloud infrastructure, and application services.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with a customer-first mindset.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese and Japanese is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Certification in SAP ITIL V4 Foundation or Expert Level.
• Training in managing IT-enabled services within digital environments.
