Chief of Staff to the Group CMO - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking a strategic, high-energy Chief of Staff to the Group CMO for a remote opportunity. This role is designed for a current leader at HelloFresh (Associate Director level or above) who is eager to gain a comprehensive understanding of our global, data-driven marketing operations. As the Chief of Staff, you will act as the CMO's "force multiplier," bridging the gap between high-level marketing vision and operational execution. You will ensure that our global marketing functions—from Performance and Brand to Product Marketing and CRM—are aligned, efficient, and achieving their growth targets.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the CMO’s right hand in defining and communicating the Global Marketing strategy across all brands and regions.
• Work with the CMO and dedicated People Business Partners to enhance people efficiency across the global marketing organization.
• Manage the rhythm of the marketing team operating system, including Group Marketing planning and OKRs processes.
• Connect the Global Marketing team with key functions like Tech/Product, Ops, People, and Finance.
• Lead special projects that do not have a natural home, such as process revamps and marketing tooling recommendations.
• Translate ideas into replicable and scalable processes for the Global Marketing Organization.
• Prepare white papers and board-level presentations, distilling data into actionable insights.
• Structure CMO leadership touchpoints to enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Current high-performing Associate Director or Director at HelloFresh with at least 18 months of tenure.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and interactions between channels.
• Ability to turn vague problems into structured frameworks with clear timelines.
• Comfortable with data analysis and identifying actionable insights from marketing spend data.
• Proven track record of influencing without authority across departments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role.
