LMS Administrator & Digital Learning Specialist - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a talented LMS Administrator & Digital Learning Specialist remote to join our People Development team at Fujifilm. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our Learning Management System (LMS) while enhancing our digital learning platform. You will manage technical processes and contribute innovative ideas to improve learning experiences for our workforce.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily administration of the LMS (Cornerstone), including integration of e-learning content and user administration.
- Act as the second-level technical escalation point for Local Key Users, empowering them to resolve front-end queries.
- Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring technical issues, focusing on long-term solutions.
- Provide training and support to instructors and learners on effective LMS usage, creating clear documentation.
- Standardize, collect, and analyze LMS usage data, monitoring learner progress and identifying improvement areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party e-learning providers to clarify technical specifications.
- Provide input on the quality and user experience of e-learning content to ensure high engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, or related field.
- English language proficiency for business communication.
- Relevant experience with LMS administration or technical system configurations.
- Tech-savvy professional with a passion for logical problem-solving.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
- Ability to establish priorities and enhance cross-team cooperation.

This LMS Administrator & Digital Learning Specialist remote role is based in Poland, with independent work responsibilities and near-daily virtual collaboration with our team in Ratingen, Germany. You will enjoy a physical workstation with full office benefits and occasional participation in team activities in Gdańsk.
