What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee legal operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Asana to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance project outcomes and team performance.
• Coach and mentor team members in project management best practices and methodologies.
• Engage with clients and community members to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into project planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices in all project deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a legal or immigration context.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience with project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Understanding of legal operations and immigration law is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
