About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development & Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet to join the Binance Wallet team. This role is pivotal in building a decentralized version of Binance, which includes on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn features. As a Business Development & Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet remote team member, you will empower users with full control over their assets, facilitating seamless token trading across various blockchains. What You'll Do
- Analyze market trends and data in the Web3 space to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute business development plans aimed at driving product growth for the Web3 wallet.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, gathering feedback to enhance our offerings.
- Plan and manage Web3 wallet projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business development terms into actionable operational plans.
- Monitor wallet performance and optimize user experience based on analytical insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Web3 business development and campaign operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 wallet ecosystem.
- Fluent spoken English and Chinese to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory aspects of blockchain technology.
