About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager - Corporate Partnerships (Remote) to join our team at Fortress Learning. This role is 100% remote and allows you to work from anywhere in Australia. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate partnerships and enhancing our sales footprint. You will engage in meaningful conversations, build trust, and create long-term partnerships, rather than focusing on hard selling.

What You'll Do

• Identify and connect with corporate organizations that align with Fortress Learning.
• Generate leads through warm and cold outreach, including LinkedIn, email, referrals, and introductions.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster relationships.
• Support individual learner inquiries alongside our Course Advisor.
• Conduct inbound and outbound phone conversations with prospective students, guiding them through enrollment.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Create tailored proposals and group training solutions based on organizational training needs.
• Manage the sales journey from initial conversation to enrollment or agreement.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B, partnerships, or relationship-based sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in phone conversations.
• Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a remote work environment.
• Ownership and follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
• Commitment to integrity, trust, and long-term outcomes.
