What You'll Do
- Prospect & Outreach: Identify target partners and lead outreach across various channels including email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Relationship Management: Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and maintain ongoing communication with partners.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate on strategic positioning, create pitch materials, and manage CRM updates using HubSpot.
- Deal Execution: Support the creation of proposals, negotiate terms, handle invoicing, and onboard new partners.
- Post-Sale Growth: Manage renewals, upsells, and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the core team to align on pipeline, strategy, and campaign delivery.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.
- Proven background in Web3, crypto, or AI ecosystems is mandatory.
- Strong existing network across crypto protocols, exchanges, funds, and frontier tech leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships effectively.
- Highly organized, outcome-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.

- Experience in media sales, event sponsorships, or tech partnerships.
What We Offer
- Base salary of $1,000–$2,000 per month (part-time, prorated).
- Commission structure of 15–20% per deal, uncapped.
