About the Role

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our consumer healthcare products. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in brand marketing, particularly within the Food, Drug, and Mass retail channels, as well as eCommerce. You will be part of a rapidly growing, science-driven company that is committed to delivering innovative over-the-counter (OTC) products that enhance everyday health and wellness.

What You'll Do

  • Develop annual strategic business plans for your assigned brand.
  • Manage brand marketing budget and P&L in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Create, launch, and optimize marketing communications, promotions, and media plans with external agency partners.
  • Oversee eCommerce content and media strategies across key online retailers.
  • Analyze and report on omni-channel business performance, participating in monthly brand forecasting and tracking.
  • Launch new products from idea generation to shipment, collaborating with the Supply team to build comprehensive go-to-market support plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales on presentation development and customer marketing to support retail partners and line review processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, preferably in health and wellness.
  • Strong background in traditional FDM retail channels and hands-on management of eCommerce channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for corporate meetings, conferences, and retail customer engagements.
