About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote capacity. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral analysis and intervention services to clients. This remote BCBA position allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Support a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace and other relevant software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
