About the Role

This Bloom Growth Coach role is fully remote, allowing you to design your own schedule, whether you choose to work part-time or full-time.

• Clarify strategy and organizational vision to foster business success.
• Create accountability and performance systems that drive measurable results.
• Build healthier executive teams through effective coaching techniques.
• Implement tools and frameworks that enhance organizational performance.
• Operate as an independent business owner, leveraging your entrepreneurial skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of executive or entrepreneurial leadership experience.
• A proven track record of founding or scaling a company successfully.
• Experience in growing teams and organizations effectively.
• Familiarity with growth frameworks like EOS®, Scaling Up®, or Pinnacle.
• A strong network of entrepreneurs and founders to leverage for coaching opportunities.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in coaching or consulting roles.
• Certification in coaching methodologies or frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
