About the Role

IXL Learning is seeking a Bilingual Educational Videos Actor (Freelance) to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to showcase your acting skills while creating engaging educational content for students worldwide. As a Bilingual Educational Videos Actor, you will self-tape videos in both Spanish and English, making learning fun and accessible for children and teens.

What You'll Do

• Self-tape video footage in Spanish or English using provided scripts to teach various educational concepts in math or language arts.
• Film and act in your own videos to deliver clear, engaging, and professional lessons.
• Adhere to video production guidelines and file specifications to ensure high-quality output.
• Conduct reshoots or rerecords when necessary to maintain the quality of the educational content.
• Utilize your fluency in both Spanish and English to create relatable and effective instructional videos.
• Engage with young audiences (ages 5-7) through a clear and effective presentation style.
• Understand age-appropriate Spanish vocabulary and instructional approaches to enhance learning.
• Ability to film with a greenscreen is a plus, adding versatility to your video production capabilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (native-level speaker in both languages is a must).
• Experience in recording and producing high-quality video footage of yourself.
• Engaging on-screen presence suitable for audiences of little kids, big kids, and teens.
• Understanding of educational concepts in math or language arts is preferred.
• Ability to follow video production guidelines and deliver content on time.

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing software.
• Familiarity with educational content creation.
• Previous acting experience is a plus.
