Test Manager - Remote Opportunity in HealthTech

About the Role

We are seeking a Test Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at ITSV. This position focuses on the digital transformation of the Austrian healthcare system, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products. As a Test Manager, you will work in a complex technical environment and be responsible for shaping the final software tests during system integration testing.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate testing activities and develop test concepts in collaboration with clients and development teams.
• Plan, manage, and execute software tests throughout the entire testing phase.
• Analyze, evaluate, and document test results to ensure high-quality standards.
• Design and build automated solutions, creating and maintaining test scripts with appropriate automation tools.
• Contribute to technical innovation in testing by exploring new topics and methodologies.

Requirements

• Completed education with an IT focus and professional experience in software testing, ideally with ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Experience with testing and development tools such as Tosca Commander, Postman, SoapUI, Confluence, Jira, and VBA.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A keen eye for quality and excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages.
