What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system (Tekion).
- Collaborate closely with Sales Associates to ensure sales leads and tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work with Sales Managers to discuss lead performance and meet dealership goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

- Prior customer service or phone sales experience preferred, automotive experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using phones, email, and computer systems.
