Barista - Remote Opportunity in Senior Living

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our remote team at Watermark Retirement Communities. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and associates. This Barista remote position offers you the opportunity to make meaningful impacts in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive and innovative culture.

What You'll Do

• Warmly welcome customers and team members, ensuring a positive, engaging environment.
• Prepare and serve coffee and coffee-less beverages and food items using retail equipment, such as espresso machines and convection ovens.
• Maintain clean and organized work and customer areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Create new coffee offerings and seasonal specials to boost sales.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Support training and mentor new team members during their onboarding process.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by the leadership team.
• Assist in inventory management and restock supplies as needed.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
