Automation Engineer - AI-Powered Cybersecurity Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an Automation Engineer remote to join our innovative team at XBOW. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining systems that enhance quality across our AI-powered cybersecurity platform. Our mission is to stay ahead of attackers who leverage AI, and your contributions will be vital in ensuring our security measures are robust and effective.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain infrastructure to support automated testing across technical teams.
• Manage a continuous, full-system QA environment, ensuring it includes realistic web applications and network security infrastructure.
• Conduct detailed defect analysis and generate comprehensive reports for feature teams.
• Create company-wide quality dashboards to inform release decisions and future planning.
• Analyze code coverage from unit and system tests, identifying gaps in coverage.
• Support developer experience by providing test data and working environments for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with feature teams to design for testability and robustness.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and a solid understanding of full-system testing.
• Hands-on experience with API automation and CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions.
• Ability to handle non-deterministic results in testing.
• Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium is a plus.
• Familiarity with network security and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools is advantageous.
