What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior consultants to support live recruitment mandates.
• Source and engage candidates using innovative tools and strategies.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess their fit for various roles.
• Build expertise in the technology market, focusing on areas like Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Digital, Cyber Security, and Fintech.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates to generate referrals and enhance our talent pool.
• Utilize outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referrals to identify top talent.
• Receive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruiters to enhance your skills.

Requirements
