Analyst, Engineering Program Management - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of projects related to the Program.
- Ensure adherence to budget targets and evaluate commercial impacts of technical changes.
- Create and follow project schedules to meet Program requirements.
- Prepare profitability analyses and present them to the management team.
- Control Program costs, negotiate with suppliers regarding schedules and technical scope.
- Lead internal and external governance to provide visibility on project performance.
- Identify potential problems and manage risks and opportunities with functional teams.
- Coordinate departmental governance and ensure schedule adherence.
Requirements
- University degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent).
- Strong leadership skills in project management and commercial negotiation.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, TEAMS, and database management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Knowledge of financial performance metrics.
