Amazon Applications Team Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Applications Team Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage and coach engineers to ensure consistent performance while driving technical excellence. As an integral part of our organization, you will help power next-generation technologies through sophisticated solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coach Engineers to ensure consistent performance of the team.
• Drive the technical team to ensure systems meet or exceed daily operational requirements.
• Manage internal and external resources, addressing application and production issues effectively.
• Provide technical support and resolution to customers, including project development and production support.
• Analyze complex system performance and operation data to identify improvement areas.
• Manage customer expectations with timely and accurate communication.
• Follow up and ensure timely closure of all customer complaints.
• Exhibit a winning attitude and continuously seek improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role with strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, often at short notice.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Able to integrate and drive cross-functional resources to achieve results.
• Proactive team player, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure.
