What You'll Do

  • Contribute to projects that impact hundreds of thousands of customer interactions daily.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with at least one semester remaining.
  • Experience with coding, particularly in Python.
  • Understanding of APIs and how they function.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs and chatbot frameworks.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with prompt engineering.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations typical of AI projects.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
