Accounting Intern - Supplier Management

About the Role

Join us as an Accounting Intern focused on Supplier Management at Groupe Pomona. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our essential operations while working remotely. What You'll Do

• Input purchase invoices for goods and transport, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Control and analyze invoices, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on disputes with suppliers.
• Collaborate with buyers to ensure smooth operations and timely payments.
• Assist in the payment processing of supplier invoices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BTS, DCG, or IUT in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail, perseverance, and autonomy.
• Commitment to deadlines and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for the food distribution industry and a customer-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
