About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive - Fintech and Exchanges (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Chainalysis. In this role, you will help crypto-native companies, financial services, and enterprise organizations confidently adopt blockchain technologies as part of their cryptocurrency strategy. As an Account Executive, you will be an expert storyteller and problem-solver, adept at navigating complex sales cycles and building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Exceed your quota and significantly increase our presence in the North America Private Sector through effective prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers, leading to network referrals and enhancing Chainalysis’ brand awareness.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans that ensure predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts.
  • Develop a diverse pipeline of opportunities, resulting in consistent and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate across departments at Chainalysis to provide expert advice on technical concepts, product roadmaps, and customer proposals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in the financial services sector (banking, fintech, asset management).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and the buying process.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present Chainalysis at customer-facing events and conferences.
  • Proven track record in new business development and market creation.
  • Ability to connect technology solutions to customer business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about blockchain technology.
  • Experience selling solutions related to risk & compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data security.
