What You'll Do

• Participate in a three-day virtual event that connects you with students nationwide.
• Learn about A&F Co. and our portfolio of global brands, including insights into roles in Merchandising, Finance, Digital and Technology, and Supply Chain.
• Network with former interns to gain insights into their experiences and career paths.
• Engage in discussions about our corporate social responsibility initiatives focusing on Inclusion & Belonging, Philanthropy, and Sustainability.
• Collaborate with peers on a hands-on case study that simulates real-world work scenarios.
• Jumpstart the recruiting process for a 2027 Summer Internship, setting the stage for your future career.

Requirements

• Must be a sophomore working towards a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated passion for the A&F brands and corporate retail.
• Curiosity about various career paths within the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in team-based settings and collaborate effectively.
• Proven leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn and grow within the corporate landscape.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in retail or corporate environments.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
