3D Modeller - Remote Opportunity in Construction Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Modeller to join our team remotely and contribute to major construction projects across Australia. As a 3D Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and delivering accurate BIM models using Revit or Tekla, ensuring the precise supply of reinforcing steel to each project. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, directly influencing the success of significant infrastructure developments.

What You'll Do

• Create and deliver accurate BIM models using Revit or Tekla.
• Implement design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Streamline workflows using BIM technology to improve project efficiency.
• Engage with clients and design engineers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advise on engineering solutions based on project objectives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Modeller or Reinforcing Detailer.
• Technical mindset with the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• A diploma, certificate, or degree in civil/structural engineering, drafting, or architecture is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience in modelling software such as Revit, Tekla, ProConcrete, or similar.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
