What You'll Do

  • Work alongside skilled chefs to learn essential cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Participate in food handling and hygienic practices to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
  • Gain hands-on experience across various kitchen sections, enhancing your culinary skills.
  • Commit to completing a Certificate III in Cookery qualification with support from our team.
  • Demonstrate reliability and a passion for cooking while working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Full availability and flexibility to work various shifts on a 7-day rotating schedule.
  • Passion for cooking and a desire to develop culinary skills.
  • Reliability and commitment to completing the apprenticeship program.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Previous customer service experience can be beneficial.
