What You'll Do
- Work alongside skilled chefs to learn essential cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Participate in food handling and hygienic practices to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Gain hands-on experience across various kitchen sections, enhancing your culinary skills.
- Commit to completing a Certificate III in Cookery qualification with support from our team.
- Demonstrate reliability and a passion for cooking while working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Full availability and flexibility to work various shifts on a 7-day rotating schedule.
- Passion for cooking and a desire to develop culinary skills.
- Reliability and commitment to completing the apprenticeship program.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service experience can be beneficial.
