About the Role

We are seeking a Workday Integration Project Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations, providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the integration workstream from discovery to implementation, managing project plans, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and design solutions.
  • Architect, develop, and implement complex Workday integrations, ensuring they meet enterprise standards and business needs.
  • Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution process to ensure integrations function correctly and efficiently.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including business owners, IT, project managers, and external vendors.
  • Maintain technical specifications, best practices, and integration documentation, providing knowledge transfer to internal resources.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including PECI, Workday Studio, and overall Workday connectors for HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, web services, APIs, and related integration challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage project lifecycles, track progress, and report on project status within challenging timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate technical information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Broad understanding of business processes, especially in HR and Finance, to align integrations with organizational goals.

  • Experience with additional integration tools or platforms.
  • Certifications related to Workday or project management.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
