About the Role

We are seeking a talented Website & Content Assistant - Remote to support our App & Marketing teams as a freelance contractor. This role is ideal for someone looking for a long-term collaboration opportunity starting July 1st. As a Website & Content Assistant, you will play a crucial role in building and structuring new courses in WordPress, ensuring quality and consistency in course content, and preparing course materials.

What You'll Do

  • Build and structure new courses in WordPress.
  • Review course content for quality and consistency.
  • Prepare course materials, including subtitles and translations.
  • Create and publish updates for customers via Announcekit.
  • Build and update landing pages in Webflow & WordPress.
  • Set up and manage email campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign.
  • Maintain consistent availability (Monday-Friday) for urgent fixes and updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance user engagement.

Requirements

  • Must be an established freelancer with business registration.
  • Experience with Figma for design.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with WordPress & Webflow content management.
  • Practical web design skills.
  • Basic experience with email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign preferred).
  • Fluent in English; German, Spanish, and/or French is a plus.
  • Proficient with task management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Based in Europe (or European time zone) with a stable internet connection.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of online course creation.
