About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated VIP Sales Manager to join our team at Crypto.com. This VIP Sales Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of building and managing high-net-worth clientele in the cryptocurrency space. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their journey from onboarding to the customization of innovative crypto products that have never been seen before in the market.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential VIP clients, focusing on high-volume and advanced traders.
- Guide VIP clients toward the right products while monitoring OKRs and KPIs to ensure success.
- Customize innovative solutions and incentives tailored to the needs of high-value customers, including new perks and product features.
- Maintain ongoing contact with VIP clients, tracking their feedback and recommending product improvements.
- Provide timely and satisfactory customer service, resolving issues for VIP clients and liaising with internal teams.
- Attend key industry conferences and community events to engage with potential VIPs and enhance brand awareness.
Requirements
- Strong network within the high-net-worth and advanced crypto trading community.
- 4+ years of experience in selling premium financial or crypto products to sophisticated users and advanced traders.
- Proven track record of monetizing high-value client relationships.
- Demonstrable ability to initiate, manage, and monetize relationships with clients or partners, driving business results.
- Excellent command of professional written and oral English; proficiency in the local language is a plus.
