About the Role

In this role, you will be the frontline support for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with our platform. As a VIP Customer Support Representative, you will respond to customer queries via live chat or email regarding account issues, payments, games, bonuses, or platform navigation.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding betting odds, how bets are settled, and how winnings are calculated.
- Assist customers with issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and other payment methods.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as age verification, responsible gambling limits, and local gambling laws.
- Help customers set limits for deposits, bets, or losses and provide resources for responsible gambling.
- Maintain customer confidentiality while providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming sector or VIP customer support.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and standard practices.
- Familiarity with sales principles and methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
