About the Role

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable customer service skills and a passion for animal care.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Interest in community outreach or marketing is a plus.
