About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated US ES Supply Execution Supervisor to join our innovative team at Westinghouse Electric Company. This remote position allows you to coordinate the ES SPE Team across the AMERICA Regions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work components while supporting our mission to provide clean energy solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise a team of 5-10 Engineers located in various regional locations.
  • Maintain aligned Business Unit Relationships for regional activities.
  • Address resource-related needs in Supply Management.
  • Ensure the correct balance of resources for Supplier Development and Supply Management.
  • Manage regional suppliers to deliver required material on-time, meeting specified quality requirements.
  • Run and apply Supplier SIOP and Supplier Assessment processes to address challenges proactively.
  • Manage performance metrics for regional suppliers and drive them toward goals.
  • Support a disciplined Management Operating System (MOS) for the SPE Execution Function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive engineering/manufacturing experience.
  • Global team leadership experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in supplier performance metrics and improvement plans.
  • Familiarity with Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) processes.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance standards.
