UI/​UX Lead Designer - Remote Opportunity in FinTech

About the Role

Onbe is seeking a talented UI/UX Lead Designer to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a fast-growing FinTech company, we are transforming the way payments are imagined and delivered. In this role, you will lead the design of user experiences for our ecosystem of digital products, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of Product Design (UI and UX) for our B2B2C SaaS digital products, enhancing their quality and accessibility.
• Conduct user research and testing in collaboration with Product, Technology, and other teams.
• Create sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes to illustrate design directions.
• Mentor and guide other designers, facilitating collaboration across workstreams.
• Contribute to design operations documentation and establish new processes within the design team.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and QA analysts to ensure seamless end-to-end user experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design for complex ecosystems.
• Expertise in user-centered design processes, including user research and wireframing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, particularly for data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving and storytelling abilities to communicate design decisions effectively.

Nice to Have

• A master's degree in Interaction Design or a related field.
• Experience in FinTech and SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with AI design tools like Figma Make and Miro AI.
