UI/UX Designer
About the Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. This UI/UX Designer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to craft intuitive and responsive interfaces for our web applications. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and ensuring design consistency across all product touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for web applications (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Build and maintain a scalable component library and design system in Figma.
- Ensure design consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior data.
- Interpret product analytics to identify UX opportunities.
- Conduct A/B test design variations and iterate based on quantitative results.
- Translate user research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Document design decisions and maintain organized Figma files.
- Support Marketing with social media graphics and visual content as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience strongly preferred.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating web application design projects.
- Expert-level Figma proficiency—auto-layout, variants, component architecture, design tokens.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and breakpoints.
- Knowledge of design systems and atomic design methodology.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations.
- English proficiency: B2+ or higher (written and verbal communication).
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with user research methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of additional design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
