SMM Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a talented SMM Manager to join our dynamic team at MaiShkola, an online school specializing in preparation for the Unified State Exam (EGE) and the Basic State Exam (OGE). This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience effectively. As an SMM Manager, you will analyze target audiences and competitors, manage event calendars, and oversee the creation and distribution of content that resonates with our audience.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough analysis of target audiences and competitors to inform social media strategies.
- Maintain and manage the event calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- Formulate, coordinate, and send briefs for posts and newsletters, focusing on meaningful content, triggers, and funnels.
- Send completed briefs to designers and copywriters, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
- Launch posts and newsletters, actively engaging with our audience.
- Process event statistics and compile reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Assist in recruiting copywriters for the team as needed.
- Collaborate on three interconnected projects, ensuring seamless integration of events, newsletters, and posts.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to work.
- Discipline and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Willingness to complete a test assignment as part of the hiring process.
- Experience working in an online school environment or having taken the EGE within the last five years.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
