Trading Operations Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Trading Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at PrimeXBT. This is a remote position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading platforms. As a Trading Operations Specialist remote, you will monitor trading activities, manage liquidity, and oversee risk exposure to enhance our trading environment.

What You'll Do

• Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality.
• Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real-time.
• Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps.
• Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations.
• Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth.
• Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues.
• Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality (markouts, slippage).
• Support hedging strategies and execution of risk mitigation actions.
• Handle trade adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations.
• Act as the first responder for trading-related incidents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with algorithmic trading.
• Knowledge of risk management strategies.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in trading.
