About the Role

We are seeking a TPA Business Development Director to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a TPA Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the insurance sector. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the TPA insurance market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and government entities to enhance client engagement.
• Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while managing client relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and sales strategy development.
• Experience in financial crime compliance and risk assessments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
