Telesales Executive - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Zip Water is looking for a passionate and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. This Telesales Executive remote position plays a critical role in driving revenue by reaching out to potential customers to promote our cutting-edge drinking water solutions.

What You'll Do

• Execute outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Zip Water’s innovative products and services.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to understand customer needs.
• Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and how our solutions can meet their needs.
• Successfully close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an organized and accurate record of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• A strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the water solutions industry.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt sales strategies.
