About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department at LegalSight. This remote Technical Recruiter position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and support our recruitment efforts across various technical roles. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process, ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and draft compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for various technical positions using platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean search.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Track candidates accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain organized recruiting pipelines.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and track completion and results.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting stakeholders to improve workflows and candidate experience continuously.
  • Support offer and pre-onboarding activities, including reference checks and hiring documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting and working with international teams.
  • An understanding of key technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, AWS, Azure, SQL, and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical resumes and create screening questions based on job descriptions.
