Technical Product Owner - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining product vision, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs. As a Technical Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Support the team in achieving sprint goals and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles.
• Experience with backlog management and requirements engineering.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS, and enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products in a remote environment.
• Experience in SAP or related technologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AI and automation technologies.
• Experience in payment systems and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with performance management and strategic workforce planning.
