About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Contract Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Contract Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various technical positions, including those in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and assessments.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain candidate databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Engage with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, particularly in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in AI or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruiting for startups or mission-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with MLOps and AI infrastructure.
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals or biotechnology sectors.
