Talent Sourcer Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer Intern - Remote to join our team at Flyer One Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm investing in European startups. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how to build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles while working remotely. As a Talent Sourcer Intern, you will support sourcing for both tech and non-tech positions, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

What You'll Do

• Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to search for potential candidates.
• Help craft outreach messages and engage with candidates effectively.
• Maintain data accuracy in our CRM and prepare candidate shortlists.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and founders to understand their needs.
• Gain practical experience in recruitment and learn about the startup ecosystem.

Requirements

• Curiosity about recruitment and startups.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn search or other sourcing tools is a plus.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Previous internship or experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with tech industry roles.
