About the Role

We are looking for a Support Associate - Remote to join our innovative team at Chico's FAS. This role is perfect for individuals who are customer-obsessed and thrive in a collaborative environment. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all operations.

What You'll Do

  • Process merchandise efficiently, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Assist with stock processing, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience for customers.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain boutique cleanliness and organization, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
  • Adapt to technology provided by the company and assist customers using headsets for communication.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and readily solicit feedback to enhance your skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stand for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques is desired.
  • Regular attendance is essential to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
