Support Associate - Remote Customer Service Role

- Assist with stock processing, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience for customers.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain boutique cleanliness and organization, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
- Adapt to technology provided by the company and assist customers using headsets for communication.
- Seek personal development opportunities and readily solicit feedback to enhance your skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques is desired.
- Regular attendance is essential to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
