About the Role

We're hiring a Staff Product Designer to join our innovative team at Clari. This Staff Product Designer remote position is pivotal to our company's success, allowing you to work hybrid while being based in Bengaluru, India. You will play a crucial role in transforming revenue processes into meaningful product experiences.

What You'll Do

• Own the experience vision across multiple product areas, aligning it with company-level objectives.
• Foster strong partnerships with Product and Engineering teams to define problems and influence roadmaps.
• Drive design decisions by leveraging user research and data, translating insights into effective design solutions.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders.
• Set high standards for the design organization by applying strong design principles and rigorous review processes.
• Adapt design processes to agile principles and sprint cadences at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating business acumen and design strategy in the B2B SaaS space.
• Experience in user-centered design across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web.
• Proficient in Figma and using AI tools in the design process.
• Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to elevate the design team’s collective craft.
