About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Product Designer to join our team in creating innovative AI-driven solutions. What You'll Do

• Lead the design of new products, ensuring they meet user needs and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to create user-centric designs.
• Utilize Figma and other design tools to develop prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems that promote consistency and accessibility across all products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design and AI technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience with design systems.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI-driven product features and their implications for design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS product design.
• Familiarity with data science concepts and tools such as SQL and Python.
• Experience in accessibility-focused design.
